Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Mar 20, 2020

Dear Clients, Potential Clients, and Colleagues,

We are currently in the midst of scary times. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has presented new health challenges and stirred up fear amongst the world. However, as with all things, proper planning and perspective can go a long way in handling any situation. We cannot control the narrative of others, but we can control our own. With that, I write this letter to provide insight into how our office is operating during this time.

During this time, our office will remain open and we will continue to actively work on client matters. We are still accepting new clients as well. Our physical location will continue to stay open to the public, we ask if you are sick or on the ill side of the scale, you please use reasonable precautions. We will still be available to to communicate via phone, email and MyCase.

All clients can continue to contact the office via our client management portal, MyCase. Attorney and/or staff will respond to your messages and requests daily. We will continue to follow all suggestions of the CDC and the World Health Organization regarding safety tips and measures that can and should be taken to prevent the continual spread of COVID-19. We encourage you all to do the same.

As inane crisis, we are given the opportunity to evaluate and put things into perspective. Utilize this time and event to have the necessary conversations with family, friends, and/or colleagues to discuss the realities that may present themselves in the face of this pandemic. This is the perfect time to get necessary estate planning documents in place (power of attorney, trusts, physician directives, designation of guardian, etc). Our office would love to help you prepare these documents and ensure peace of mind for your family.

Respectfully,

Clint Zimmerman
